Culinary Techniques & Certifications

To register online, use WebAdvisor. Click the blue button "Continue to WebAdvisor". Next, select the Continuing Education button, and then select "Register and Pay for Continuing Education Classes". You may search for classes using a keyword, course name, start date, or location. Select the class you want, and click "Submit". Complete the registration process. Please be advised that payment must be made using a credit card when registering through WebAdvisor.

Culinary Techniques I

JCC is partnering with Johnston Health to offer this Culinary Training program. This 11-week program provides students the opportunity to pursue a career in the food service industry (the 5th largest job growth industry in Johnston County). Students will receive the ServSafe certification, a nationally recognized certification in food handling, upon completion of the course.
