Mammography: Initial (Theory) TrainingThis 31.75 hour ASRT approved program is the Initial Training requires for Radiology Techs to administer mammograms. Classes are held in the Radiology Department, F169 in the Health Sciences Building on two consecutive weekends November and June. It is the student’s responsibility to seek employment or clinical sites to complete the required mammograms needed for certification.
- Copy of Photo Driver’s License
- Copy of Radiology Tech Certificate or students provide letter from instructor/director with recommendations and current GPA status. Cost: $125; book $80 estimated.
