Patrol Pistol I (2-day Class)
The Patrol Pistol I class is designed for the Patrol Officer who wishes to enhance his ability to operate the pistol more efficiently. This class will focus on providing the Patrol Officer with an understanding of the capabilities of the pistol and strive to expand the basic skills of the officer. This is done by concentrating on the fundamentals of pistol marksmanship. There are no pre-requisites for this class. Regardless of skill level you will leave this class a better and a more knowledgeable shooter.

- Loading/Unloading
- Stance
- Grip
- Sight Alignment
- Drawing
- Reloads
- Malfunctions
- Sight Picture
Equipment List:
- Ammunition: 1000 rounds
- Individual equipment:
- Pistol with 3 magazines
- Belt with holster and magazine pouches
- Weapon cleaning kit (cleaning rod, bore brushes, patches, rags, cleaning & lubricating oil, toothbrush)
- Rain or inclement weather gear
- Eye and Ear protection (clear and shaded lens are recommended)
- Water / Snacks (we’ll take an hour lunch break around noon)
- Hat
- Sun Screen (non-greasy or water resistant recommended)
