This powerful and proven methodology will pay off all your consumer debt – credit cards, student loans, auto loans, etc., in just 1 to 4 years. You can then pay off your home mortgage in another 3 to 4 years, while saving over $100,000 in interest payments! Without debt, you will be able to live 100% on cash, handle emergencies and financial surprises without incurring debt and have serious money available to save for retirement. Imagine how much your quality of life would improve – with only your present income – if you had no debt. Attend this seminar and you will imagine no more. Improve Your Credit Score (SS*)

If past credit issues are preventing you from moving forward toward your financial goals, this workshop is a must. In today’s economy, your FICO score is used for a lot more than just granting credit, so achieving and maintaining superior credit is more important than ever. Unfortunately, many have very little understanding of how the credit system works. Learn the rules of the “credit game” so you can start playing to win! Topics include how your FICO score is determined, how credit bureaus operate, how to build and maintain positive credit, and how to deal with derogatory items on your report by asserting your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and why paying off old collections will NOT improve your credit. You will leave with strategies you can implement immediately to dramatically improve your credit score in as little as 3 – 6 months! Optional instructor coauthored textbooks will be available for purchase. Preregistration is required.

Take Charge of Your Money (SS*)

Do you earn a good income but still find yourself struggling to get ahead? Do you typically have “more month than money”? It’s not your fault. The problem is that in school you learned about the War of 1812, not “Cash Flow 101”. How can you be successful without the proper knowledge and tools? This workshop will empower you to take complete control of your money, improve your cash flow and consistently make choices that support your financial goals. Develop the foundational skills of financially successful people, gain insight into your hidden “spending personality” and learn a simple, but effective method of money management that combines modern technology with old fashioned common sense. Optional instructor coauthored textbooks will be available for purchase. Preregistration is required.
