High School Equivalency (HSE)

Adult Secondary Education (ASE), or High School Equivalency (HSE), is a program of high school level instruction designed for adults that leads to the achievement of a high school equivalency diploma, which can provide successful entry into college or a new career. This may be achieved by either earning high school credits or through high school equivalency testing.

Adult High School Program Information

Adult High School is an online program offered cooperatively with Johnston County Public Schools that provides opportunities for earning course credits to complete requirements for a high school diploma.

High School Equivalency Program Information

The High School Equivalency Program offers online and seated instruction to assist learners in preparing for a designated set of high school equivalency tests.
