Grading SystemThe grade of "I," meaning course work temporarily incomplete, may be removed by completing all work assigned by the instructor. It is the responsibility of the student to make arrangements with the instructor to accomplish the required work needed to remove the "I" grade. If the student satisfactorily completes the required work during the semester immediately following receipt of the "I" grade, the instructor assigns a permanent passing grade. Otherwise, the "I" grade automatically becomes a grade of "F" for purposes of the student's record and cumulative quality grade point average.
