The advising period for the Spring 2019 semester is October 22nd until December 3rd

Registration begins for the Spring 2019 Term
The registration period for the Spring 2019 semester is November 5th until December 13th

05Nov

The Business Office begins accepting payment for the Spring 2019 Term
The business office accepts payments and Nelnet Payment plans are open for the Spring 2019 semester from November 5th until December 13th

13Dec

Last day for Advising, Registration, Payment
You must pay in full, set up a payment plan, or have secured financial aid by December 13th or your classes will be dropped for non-payment. Visit the Tuition, Fees, and Expenses webpage for more information

02Jan

Final chance to register and get advised at JCC for Spring classes.
Late 2019 Spring registration and payments will be on January 2nd only.
WebAdvisor - Online registration and class payment/payment plan set up until midnight.
In Person - registration and class payment at the main campus until 6pm.

03Jan

Last day to drop for a 100% refund for the Spring Term
Last day to drop for a 100% refund for the Spring 2019 semester is January 3rd, 2019. Last day to drop for a 75% refund will be determined by course census date (10%) and available on each class syllabus. January 15 is the established census date of the term.

Admissions

New students who plan to enter a degree, diploma, or certificate program should complete and submit a JCC application. In order to provide time for the processing of application materials and any additional documents prior to the start of classes, priority dates are identified for each semester. The college will continue to process paperwork after the priority application deadline. However, the closer we get to the start of the semester placement testing slots and admissions interview times are limited. Please do not delay in submitting your application and paperwork.

NOTE: If you do not pay or set up a payment plan on time, your courses will be dropped.

 Business Office Information

The last day to pay for early registration for the fall semester is July 31st
You must pay in full, set up a payment plan, or have secured financial aid by July 29th or your classes will be dropped for non-payment.

To sign-up for a payment plan, log into WebAdvisor, go to Financial Information, and then click on "Payment Plan Management."

Late 2018 fall registration and payments will be August 3rd- August 9th.

Last day to drop for a 100% refund for the fall semester is August 14th, 2018.
Last day to drop for a 75% refund will be the census date (10% point) of each course and will vary by start date.

Refunds

All curriculum refunds are disbursed by BankMobile. New students should begin receiving their Refund Selection Kit in the mail the first week of the semester. Please do not throw away this important kit since it is your ticket to a faster refund.

 

Once you receive your Refund selection Kit,
go to RefundSelection.com , enter the unique Personal Code and select a refund option.

 

There are three refund options:

ACH Deposit (funds will be available one to two days after the refund date),
BankMobile Vibe Account (funds will be available on the same (refund) date), and
Check (funds will arrive in the mail five to seven days after the refund date).
