This course is designed to cover the basic installation and maintenance of plumbing systems and components. Topics include safe use of tools, implementation of standard practices and installation and maintenance of piping, fittings, valves, appliances and fixtures used in plumbed systems. Upon completion, students should be able to install/maintain basic plumbing systems, components, appliances and fixtures through appropriate use of plumbing tools and standard practices.
