JCC Alumni Back To Class Scholarship Program

Back to class funding is available for Continuing Education course opportunities only.
- no prerequisite exemptions are allowed
- self-supporting(SEF/CSP) classes are excluded from eligibility
Students who have used the Back to Class scholarship in the past are not eligible to reapply
Students who may qualify for funding include:
- JCC CU certificate, degree or diploma holders
- JCC Adult High School/GED graduates
- JCC CE certificate holders in:
  - CNA 1 and/or 2
  - BioWork 1 and/or 2
  - Fire 1 and/or 2
  - EMS
  - Nurse Aide Refresher
  - Phlebotomy
  - Plumbing
  - Electrical
  - Wastewater 1 and/or 2
  - Culinary Tech.
  - Gunsmithing (tool making)
  - Manufacturing (after completion of DALT Program)
  - Manicurist Licensing
  - Massage I/II
  - Cosmetology
  - Income Maintenance
  - Teacher Assistant Training
Students must sign up using the approved Back to Class Scholarship Program form (PDF) prior to the start of the class (funds are never distributed to the student)
Employee alumni can use the Back to Class opportunity
Funds available until expended
If a student pays for a class before applying for the Back to Class funds (BTC), the student will NOT receive a refund from BTC.
