Admissions

New students who plan to enter a degree, diploma, or certificate program should complete and submit a JCC application. In order to provide time for the processing of application materials and any additional documents prior to the start of classes, priority dates are identified for each semester. The college will continue to process paperwork after the priority application deadline. However, the closer we get to the start of the semester placement testing slots and admissions interview times are limited. Please do not delay in submitting your application and paperwork.

Business and Cashier Office Information

2023 Summer Priority Registration will be April 3^rd-May 8^th Payments or payment plans must be made, or financial aid must be secured by May 8^th to avoid deregistration.

2023 Summer Registration will resume May 8^th-May 15^th. Payments or payment plans must be made, or financial aid must be secured by May 15^th to avoid deregistration.

ATTENTION CCP STUDENTS: Summer 2023 payment deadline is May 15^th.

The Fall 2023 deadlines above DO NOT apply to you. You will receive a billing notification by email regarding payment. Please do not pay until you receive this email.

Refunds

Refunds will be disbursed in accordance to the refund preference you chose online through BankMobile Disbursements. Visit our JCC's Refund Policy page for refunds and disbursements here.

REFUND DATES:

Student refunds will be released on June 8^th
Financial Aid refunds will be released on June 13^th

*The last day to drop for a 100% refund for the Summer Semester is May 22^nd!

What is a 1098-T?

The purpose of the 1098-T is to help you and/or your tax professional determine if you are eligible for the American Opportunity Credit or the Lifetime Learning Credit. The 1098-T is an informational form. You are not required to attach IRS Form 1098-T to your tax return.
