75% Refund determined by course census date which is available on each class syllabus
New students who plan to enter a degree, diploma, or certificate program should complete and submit a JCC application. In order to provide time for the processing of application materials and any additional documents prior to the start of classes, priority dates are identified for each semester. The college will continue to process paperwork after the priority application deadline. However, the closer we get to the start of the semester placement testing slots and admissions interview times are limited. Please do not delay in submitting your application and paperwork.
Business and Cashier Office Information
2021 Fall Priority Registration is March 30th- July 29th. Payments will not be accepted until July 6th. Payments, payment plans, or secured financial aid must be made by July29th to avoid deregistration.
The next and final registration and payment opportunity for Fall 2021 is August 3rd-13th. Payments payment plans, or secured financial, must be made by August 13th.
ATTENTION CCP STUDENTS: Advertised deadlines DO NOT APPLY to you. All dual-enrolled high school students will be invoiced by mail to the address we have on file at JCC after the semester has begun. Please pay once you have received your invoice. You will not be de-registered.
Refunds will be disbursed in accordance to the refund method you chose online through BankMobile Disbursements. Please see below fo information regarding JCC’s Refund Policy and how refunds are disbursed.
For the Summer 2021 Semester, dropped class refunds will be disbursed on June 3rd and financial aid refunds will begin on June 14th. Please be sure you have chosen a refund preference at least 3 days in advance of when you expect to receive a refund. https://bankmobiledisbursements.com/refundchoices/
The last day to drop for a 100% refund for the Fall semester is August 15, 2021.
